AHHA suits service businesses that need booking plus membership (salons, clinics, personal trainers, yoga and cram schools, baking studios, photographers, counsellors, pet grooming), display-first brand sites (law and accounting firms, design studios, architects, small companies, ateliers), and menu-display F&B (cafés, brunch spots, restaurants, bakeries, select shops). You can use it purely as a showcase, or switch on booking, membership, product enquiries, and menu modules as needed — turn on only what you need, no forced bundle. Large-scale e-commerce and manufacturing, where the workflow differs too much, are out of scope.

How is AHHA different from most website builders?

Accepted Answer

Most builders treat booking, membership, and customer management as paid add-ons, or omit them entirely; you end up paying for Calendly for bookings, another tool for members, and a third for customer records, and the monthly subscriptions add up faster than you expect. AHHA combines these in one back office — visitors log in, book, and check their history right on your site. The technical SEO and GEO layer (structured data, AI-search friendliness) is also fully automatic, so you can focus on content and customers instead of stitching tools together.

How does the booking system actually work?

You create services in the back office (for example "Facial, 60 min / NT$1,800") and set weekly availability. A visitor opens the services section, picks a service, then a date and time, fills in their details (auto-filled for members), and the booking is done. The system emails a confirmation to the customer and a notification to you; from the back office you can confirm, cancel, or mark a booking complete with one click. No need to send people off to Calendly or another third-party tool.

What exactly does the LINE integration do, and does it cost extra?

Every plan (Starter / Studio / Pro) includes full LINE integration at no extra cost. Specifically: (1) a Rich Menu editor — pick a layout, add text, and AHHA generates and applies the LINE Official Account bottom menu image; (2) in-LINE booking via LIFF — customers tap the Rich Menu and complete service → date → time → confirm in a full-screen native flow without leaving LINE; (3) a "My bookings" LIFF where customers view or cancel upcoming bookings; (4) push notifications for new bookings, confirmations, 24-hour reminders, and cancellations, kept in sync for both sides; (5) one-tap LINE login for membership alongside Google. You only need to open a Messaging API + LINE Login channel (same provider) in the LINE Developers Console and paste four keys into AHHA. LINE is everyday infrastructure for Taiwanese businesses, and AHHA ties website × booking × LINE into one — more complete site and SEO than a bot-only tool, and more local LINE integration than Wix or Squarespace.

What does the membership system provide?

A customer signs in with Google to create a membership, then lands on a dedicated /member page showing their profile and all their bookings. In the back office you see the full member list, each member’s booking history, and your own notes. Coming next: package-balance tracking, customer service cards (history, notes, before/after photos), and return reminders — the essentials for high-repeat-visit industries.

Is there a free trial, and what happens when it ends?

Sign up for a 30-day free trial — no credit card, full features unlocked, including booking, membership, and custom domains. If the trial ends without payment, your site is hidden from the public but your content, bookings, and member data are kept intact and restored the moment you subscribe. You can upgrade to a paid annual plan at any time.

I’m not technical — can I still use it?

Absolutely. The editor is what-you-see-is-what-you-get; adding a block is like stacking bricks — click "add booking block" to embed a full booking flow, no code required. Structured data, hreflang, and sitemaps are all generated automatically, so you just focus on your brand content. Any questions can be answered via email or our blog articles.

How fast can the site go live?

Accepted Answer

The interface is intuitive and everything is assembled from block-based sections, so most owners finish a first version, enable booking, and go public within 30 minutes of signing up. Starting from a ready-made template, basic setup and launch can take as little as five minutes. You don’t need to learn new tools, open a file manager, or deal with DNS and SSL — we handle all of that.

Can I build a multilingual site, and will international visitors see the right language?

AHHA is multilingual at its core, not a translation plugin. Every block in the editor has language tabs; switch and fill in each language (Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish — any number of languages). Once live, URLs gain a language prefix (such as /en/about, /ja/pricing) and the hreflang tags Google expects are emitted automatically, so search engines recommend the right language version by region. Ideal for going international, serving overseas customers, or simply running a bilingual brand site — no separate multilingual plugin and no maintaining several sites.

How does payment work in the commerce module, and are there fees?

For now every plan’s commerce module uses a manual bank-transfer flow: at checkout the customer sees your account number on the order confirmation page, transfers the money, then reports the last 5 digits of their account to notify you, and you confirm receipt before shipping. Nothing passes through a third-party payment service and we take no transaction fees. New orders and transfer reports are pushed in real time to your own Telegram. It suits small catalogues (5–20 SKUs) with higher unit prices — handcrafts, farm produce, studios.

Why no online card payment yet — will it be added?

Accepted Answer

Two reasons. First, Taiwanese payment gateways (ECPay, NewebPay, Stripe) average 2–3% in fees, which eats into the margin of small sellers with few SKUs and higher unit prices. Second, gateway integration requires each store to apply and connect separately, which is a long process. We chose to polish "website + booking + membership + light commerce" first; once demand is clearly validated, we’ll add a payment-method adapter that can connect online payments in parallel without disrupting the existing manual flow. If you strongly need card payments, consider waiting for a future version or choosing a full commerce platform.

Is there a product limit? Can I sell at both wholesale and retail prices?

Starter is capped at 10 products, Studio at 20, Pro is unlimited. Each product can carry both a retail and a wholesale price; combined with the "wholesale customer" toggle on the membership page, signed-in wholesale members automatically get wholesale pricing at checkout. Pro additionally unlocks sale prices (with the original struck through), coupon codes, automatic promotions (spend-based discounts / free shipping), and VIP member discounts.

Are restaurants and cafés a good fit? What does the menu module do?

It’s a great fit for display-first F&B that doesn’t need online ordering (cafés, brunch spots, restaurants, bakeries, select shops). The built-in menu module supports categories (appetisers / mains / drinks / desserts), optional images, and a tag system (vegetarian, vegan, mild / medium / hot, chef’s special, new), with multilingual translations per item. It emits Schema.org Menu / MenuSection / MenuItem structured data, where vegetarian / vegan maps to the suitableForDiet marker — making it easier for Google and ChatGPT to cite your place for "vegetarian restaurants nearby" or "cafés in this area." The menu is display-only; customers order in person, with no online ordering. For takeaway, pair it with the light commerce module handled separately.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. A free subdomain, yourname.ahha.com.tw, works out of the box; paid plans support binding your own domain (for example www.yourbrand.com), and we set up the SSL certificate automatically so customers see your brand address, not AHHA.

Question 15

How do I set up a custom domain?

Accepted Answer

In the Dashboard site settings, enter your domain (we recommend www.yourbrand.com), then follow the on-screen instructions to add one CNAME record at your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.). Is my data portable — can I take my content with me?

Accepted Answer

All your data — site content, bookings, member lists, blog posts — belongs to you. We will provide CSV / JSON export so you can take your data off the platform at any time. We believe a good product retains customers through value, not by holding their data hostage.

Which payment methods can I use for the platform subscription (what I pay AHHA)?

Accepted Answer

Currently bank transfer; we confirm and activate your account within 24 hours of payment, and email you an order confirmation and invoice details. Online card payment is in planning.

What is SEO/GEO automation — do I have to do anything myself?

Accepted Answer

SEO (search engine optimisation) helps Google find you; GEO (generative engine optimisation) makes ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini willing to cite your brand. AHHA automatically emits the technical layer — Schema.org @graph structured data, llms.txt, hreflang tags — the foundation that lets engines understand you. Real SEO / GEO results still depend on you publishing valuable content — blog posts, service descriptions, FAQs. The platform handles all the technical parts so you can focus on the writing.
